Silver Recovery
CPAC Imaging offers a full range of silver recovery systems, for minilabs, professional labs, wholesale labs and the Motion Picture Industry. CPAC's Silver recovery systems can be used for terminal desilvering or in combination with CPAC Recycling chemistry. This will allow a laboratory to save money on waste hauling and on direct chemistry cost.
Besides silver recovery systems for photo laboratories, CPAC offers as well a full line of Graphic arts silver recovery systems for use in X-ray processors, Graphic art processors etc. SilvProbe RS2000 allows Motion picture labs and wholesale labs to online monitor silver content in the fixer loop and automatically adjust silver recovery current to keep a low and stable silver content in the fixer loop.
ML-27B Silver recovery system
ML-27.pdf (0Kb) Recommended for minilabs, professional labs, commercial labs, and school photofinishers. ML-27 treat all combinations of RA-4 and EP-2 bleach-fix, C-41, C-41B, C-41 RA fixers, and E-6 fixer.Washless stabilizers may also be desilvered. These systems can be plumbed directly to processor fix/ bleach-fix overflow lines, or silver-bearing chemicals may be easily added via an integral funnel assembly. Expected Results: ML-27 units reduce silver content to approximately 100 ppm (mg/l). Tailed with a Trickle TankTM & Vault-I metallic exchange cartridge, each unit can reduce silver content to less than 5.0 ppm (typically 2.0 ppm or less).
SilvPac LM-BF 15 & 20 Silver recovery system

These innovative units desilver EZ bleach-fix (regenerated RA bleach-fix), or NR type bleach-fix combined with low-flow wash and overflow C-41 fixer. E-6 may also be added to the above processing solutions. The LM/BF-15 is ideal for large volume mini labs to desilver bleach-fix, washless paper stabilizer, fixer, and washless film stabilizer.

SilvPac LM RS-60/90 silver recovery system

These versatile units may be used as recirculation systems connected directly to the processor to reduce fixer usage by as much as 75%.
